LIFE AT THE EGGPLANT

Those are our goals for our small farm just east of the Dallas Fort Worth area. This is where we celebrate what’s happening on any given day, and where we share what we are learning and growing.

We’ve chosen a grass-based system, which essentially means we start from the ground up to produce healthy, productive and nutritious food for our table and for our community. We raise sheep, goats and chickens alongside a large farmhouse garden and multiple beehives.

Each season we share our surplus eggs, honey, grass-fed livestock and offspring and extra garden produce with our local community. Contact us below for more information on our animals and farm products.
